Pastor Gerald is the founding pastor of LifeWay Community Church. He and his wife Amy have three Children, Jack, Grace & Sam. Pastor Gerald and Amy moved to the Lake Mary-Sanford area in 1998 to found and pastor LifeWay Community Church. Gerald’s relevant, high-energy teaching style delivered with a unique sense of humor helps each listener young and old connect to God’s unchanging truth of God’s love. From humble beginnings in their apartment with just a few members to now over 20 years later, Both Gerald & his wife Amy have an unquenchable excitement and love for people of all ages. Their hearts beat for the life change that happens when people meet God and begin to experience His incredible love and mercy. Kenny Annamalai serves as the Spiritual Formations Pastor at LifeWay Community Church. He was born into a Hindu family and being born in Singapore, he was exposed to many world religions as a child. At age 9, he rejected all religions and decided to identify as an atheist. He strived to believe deeply in atheism, but God was impressing on his heart His existence. Kenny began the search for the one, true God. He found Him by reading a Gideon’s bible, starting with the book of Revelation. In reading the bible, he realized that Jesus is the one, true God for whom he was searching. Sitting in his bedroom at age 19, Kenny gave his life to the Lord. He came to the U.S. to get his college degree and loved it so much he decided to stay. God led Kenny to LifeWay Community Church with a calling to be a bi-vocational pastor. At the church, his ministry is building life groups, leading prayer groups, and evangelism. His heart is to advance the kingdom of God in this community and to support Pastor Gerald.
